I have been travelling from dehli hazrat nizamuddin to gwalior junction and I have booked vande bharat 3 ac ticket of total fare 2402 but the train was more than 3 hours late and it was emergency as it my grandfather cremation so we travelled through another train and chart was prepared so I filed tdr against the tickets but as it is rejected and i am following the rules and guidelines as tdr suggest so please convey my message to railway and confirm my refund
