I have done my recharge of my jio air fiber connection on 15.05.2026 but still there’s no internet connectivity, i am not allow to complain on customer care number i have email thrice but no complaints number

Respected madam /Sir,

Please go through your trailing mail. And my mail with all screenshot attachments.

In this context this is to inform you that i have tried to contact your customer care number so many times but after connecting only one recorded message “you have exhausted your data and your payment is received for ₹824.82/-on 15.05.2026 @2.32 pm” and phone immediately cut.

As per advised i have tried to load Data voucher but My Jio app take me without. Any option directly to ISD Page which shows ₹ 501 & 502 /-recharge .

I have done my recharge for ₹. 824.82 /-on 15.05.2026 @ 2.32.pm through my debit card.

But till today i. e. On 17.05.2026 2.20 pm data is not loaded to my account and there is no internet connectivity.

I have tried all option even personally visited to Jio office @ Vastrapur Ahmedabad but all in vain.

You are kindly requested to load data to my account so that I can view and use my TV channel as i am senior Citizen the only resort of entertainment.
