Text of Complaint by Ganesh Vishwanath Mugdar:

I have disconnected jiofiber internet connection on 31st july 2021 and today is 24th September 2021, still I didn’t received my security deposit. I have mailed to jiofibercare as well as called jio customer care on daily basis but still they didn’t provide any appropriate resolution. I have lost my lot of time and money so now I want my security deposit along with compensation of wasting time and money. Please take a valid action against jio fiber because there services are very cheap and frustrating.
