I have did wrong recharge to mobile number 9840574275 instead of 9840574265 for Rs.379/- through Amazon app.
I have raised complaint from the wrong recharge number (9840574275) on 21.01.2020 in customer care and they have agreed to transfer the recharge amount to correct number ie.9840574265 within 48 hrs duration time via compliant number CONRC20122750831. but the recharge was not transferred till today 27.01.2020. daily I am following to the customer care and they are saying it will done within 24 hrs time limit but it was not done.
please help me to get my recharge amount Rs.379/-
