Text of Complaint by Thangaraj J:

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against 1xbet for their failure to credit an amount of INR 10,000 that I deposited into my gaming account through the IMPS payment method on 22nd March 2024. Despite the transaction being successful from my bank’s end, the said amount has not been reflected in my gaming account till now.

This delay has caused me considerable distress and has impacted my mental well-being. I have attempted to resolve this issue by contacting the 1xbet customer support team but have not received any satisfactory response or solution.

I request the intervention of the consumer court to address this grievance. I seek a prompt resolution, including the immediate crediting of the INR 10,000 to my gaming account, along with suitable compensation for the mental anguish caused by this ordeal.

Enclosed are all relevant transaction details, correspondence with the 1xbet team, and any other pertinent documents.
