I have deposit 10000 inr in my 1xbet account by using phonepay, I have UTR number and Transaction ID also name , date and time, I have contacted 1xbet chat support 30 times but they are again and again saying please provide upi id or account number of the receiver. But on phonepay it is only showing Name of the receiver. I have contacted my bank as well as phonepay customer support but no one is able to provide the upi id or account details of the receiver. Please help me in resolving this issue.
