Despite multiple attempts to contact the business through the provided email address, I have not received a satisfactory response or assistance in arranging for the return of the incorrect product and obtaining a refund.
I believe that the actions of “Jyoti Enterprises – Sareesansaar” are in violation of my rights as a consumer, as they have provided false information and failed to rectify the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.
I hereby request the intervention of the Consumer Court to address this matter. I am seeking the following remedies:
A full refund of the purchase amount.
Compensation for the inconvenience and stress caused by this ordeal.
I have attached evidence, including photographs of the product received and the corresponding advertisements on their website, to support my claim.
