I have complained many times regarding this issue, but your customer service experience is just waist of time.
A order placed by my phone and I don’t know how it is placed because at that time phone is in my pocket and I am riding.
Payment is deducted in my paytm wallet and it will refund after few seconds but Amount is hold.
I want my amount is released in my paytm wallet or zomato account. I don’t receive any type of service against it.
