I have cancelled my order no.16402376560058943A on jiomart containing four items. Due refund of rs 1129/- not received yet. I have contacted customer executive on jiomart many times but yet issue is not resolved.

sometimes you have to wait for months as one of such issues happened with me on sep-21 and after that almost 78 mail communication in 3 months time, finally, they refund my amount to JIOmart wallet, not even in my account.
cs@jiomart.com and cshead@jiomart.com both are handled by the same people. those are created just for eyewash. keep kicking on their back until they started feeling pain on their bums. because these guys are really shameless and this is the only way to get your hard-earned amount back.
