Text of Complaint by Ankita Chandra:

I have cancelled my airline ticket booked on Paytm and request Paytm to refund my money back since more than a month. Infact I have contacted the respective airline regarding the amount return and they have already refunded it to Paytm but still Paytm is not refunding it to me.

I have chased them regarding the issue multiple times but no further actions or information received from their end.
