August 6th I have bought a OLED tv 32 inch Acer from Amazon after one month 21september tv is gone dead I have complaint to acer service center and technician came and check it and told it’s have a motherboard issue he have some videos of issue then he pack the tv and gone
After 4 days I call customer care to know when my TV will be repaired they told me your part is approved but not yet dispatched plz wait 10 to 15 days it’s will be dispatched soon after 15 days I call customer care to know they told me. They don’t have parts in stock when it’s will come in stock they don’t know told me to wait &I have told them to replace my TV if you don’t have parts in stock cuz i have a new TV just i month they told me we will update to our higherteam and I’m still waiting now 1 and a half month now still the part is not available in stock
Plz help me out what should I have to do
