Paytm mention as 24*7 customer support .when i’m trying to reach CUSTOMER support .No one responded from Paytm .I have purchased movie ticket on 06th Feb 2021 for 3.30 PM show. When I’M entering into movie theater they asked to show ticket after scanning the ticket they informed “this is not valid ticket.we wont enter you inside the theater”.When i tried to reach Paytm no response till date .Finally got help line number for paytm ,when i enter order id it is saying as involved number.
