Dear sir/Madam
My name is Manoj Lokhande , i have to book on property at Velachery
I had engaged with Misguided for the property in Velachery, ( (6366242588) ) representative send me different property picture on my WhatsApp after visit the property Incharge of Velachery he said that this is the difference picture, after that (6366242588) ) representative not pick up my call and due to unforeseen circumstances,
I had to cancel the transaction. On 24 July 2023 (on colive app), Service request no-SR310718
he continuously gives false information about refund and also same behavior at the time visiting Velachery properties (property manager is not there you cat go directly)
I was assured that the refund process would be initiated promptly, and I have been patiently awaiting a resolution ever since.
Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to reach out for updates, I have been unsuccessful in getting through to anyone from the customer support team (6366242588) . My calls have gone unanswered. This lack of communication and transparency is causing significant distress and uncertainty.
