I have booked a ticket from irctc app on 9th October worth rs 2900 for 4 person and I have cancelled the same on 24th October and as per irctc they told that they initiated the refund on 25th December and the booking mode was showing RDS instead of bank/card/paytm/phonepe payment however I have booked it through irctc app and till now I didn’t receive any refund from them I always initiate mail to them and they asked me to sent them the statement from the date of refund to.till date and I sent them always now.they are asking me to provide the statement from date of.booking to.till date and I says that I can’t go back 3 months in past from the current date and all the time.they sent me this reply… I just want to know that when and which payment method they have initiated refund… Please help me…my pnr is 8710873117
