I have booked 2 pieces of shirt from flipkart worth rs. 948. order delivered in before time and agent delivered the parcel and paid by Rs. 948.00 which was clearly mentioned on the packet. after the delivery agent went and we opened the parcel it was only 1 ps of shirt instead of 2 and i have been already charged for 2 pc. then immediate we call him and he said that it is not our fault it. then he suggested me to raise request for refund and reason should be mention that item missing and i did the same. the next day parcel pic up and i got refund of rs 474 only. now my concern is where is my another shirt’s price which was paid but item was not received.
