I had gains of 31000 rupees on June 15, 2023, but my withdrawal request was denied and the firm wanted documentation. I then authorised the security team and requested a money withdrawal, at which point the company requested my aadhaar card information and a selfie. firm refused to let me withdraw money, claiming I had several accounts even though I hadn’t made any. On June 16, 2023, when I was attempting to withdraw my deposited amount, the company rejected my withdrawals, stating that there was an operator difficulty, and requested me to wait a bit or submit bank information. The company had previously restricted my winning withdrawals and instructed me to withdraw only the deposited amount. When I refused to submit my bank information, the company wasn’t prepared to send me cash. The money was not transferred to my account despite the fact that my withdrawal request had been approved, and I discovered that my account had been blocked now.
