Text of Complaint by Praneeth Reddy Pingili:

  1. First, I have booked a Bluetooth Headphones from Amazon on 16-Jun-21. It was a defective product, so I have to put in a return request for the product.
  2. Now, on 18-Jun-21, I have made the replacement with the delivery executive with all the product and its accessories intact and received a sealed pouch from the delivery executive.
  3. When I opened it, to my surprise an empty box has been delivered to me without product on it or either packaging on the product box.
  4. As a concerned customer, I called Amazon Helpline to get help, to which they have taken all the details and assured me it will be resolved by 23-Jun,-21.
  5. Now, when I called up this customer care on 24-Jun-21, all I got is a blunt reply that their investigation team has put in NO REFUND status on my claim.
  6. Monopoly game has been played with me, now I have to loose the money and product at the same time. Please help me out
