I made a recharge of Rs. 49/- via Airtel App. for getting 3GB data on 26/12/2018 & 27/12/2018 but I din’t get 3GB data to use & my money got deducted from my bank account for both the transactions. After calling thrice on so called “Airtel Customer Care”, they convinced me that I will get my money back in 6 hours because they had discontinued the scheme of Rs. 49/- (which was still on their updated Airtel App for sale), later they told me they will refund me within half hour & in last conversation they told me that I will half paid (means I won’t get my entire refund, instead they will pay me only Rs 49/- for transaction made on 27/12/2018). So complain is I want my refund of Rs. 98/- & while writing this complain still I have not yet received any refund in my bank account.
