Text of Complaint by roshan singh:

I have been logged out of my postpaid account not able to login In again. Paytm is showing a message that ” Your lending partner has decided to hold back your application” . I have been using postpaid since a long time and it has never happened that i have not paid my due before time. Now when there was some amount to be paid back paytm logged me out of my postpaid account without giving any option for re-payment. I tried contacting paytm through chat helpline of 24*7 and call but has not received any way out yet, instead paytm is now charging a late fine for a reason which is not due to me.
