Text of Complaint by SJ:

I have been using Vodafone prepaid account , and my last recharge was unlimited pack with 3 gb of data per day , so there was a problem regarding internet speed so I have filed a complaint on 2nd of December and assured me to solve it within 7 days but my issue has not been solved yet on January 21st I’m still not able to use my internet at full potential , so my data of 48 days just gone in vein and I have paid huge amount for this .
