Despite having an active plan, I have been experiencing either extremely poor connectivity or complete network failure. This issue has significantly impacted my daily activities, particularly my academic commitments. I am a student, and due to this disruption, I have missed multiple online classes, which has adversely affected my preparation.
I had already raised a complaint through your support system; however, there has been no response or resolution provided so far. This lack of timely support is highly concerning.
I request you to treat this matter as urgent and take immediate action to resolve the issue. Additionally, I would appreciate an update on the status of my previous complaint and an estimated time for resolution.
If the issue persists without proper resolution, I may be combe compelled to escalate this matter further.
