I’m placed the order of Kodak 40 inches Tv
With the order no 8047741201
I’m received the product on 30th April 2019
I raised the return request on 1st May 2019
In that application shows 3rd may approved
Due to
I’m received wrong Tv
Which means Kodak Ordinary Tv I’m received
With out Smart Features
But When I place the order
I’m clearly ready all the product description
In Paytm android application / web
Mentioned that is smart Tv
That is the reason I’m placed the order
When I received the product smart features are not available in that TV
And also in the box supporting stand for place or fit bench/table upper support stands are missed
Only it can be placed or fitted in Wall
Because upper support stands are not given in the box
Paytm relevant department still working for my return request
They don’t have time sense
I’m.not received any email regarding that
Only when I marked the return request then only I’m.received confirmation email
2 days back one of the relevant team person called to me she asked to me
She wanna Job Sheet from official Kodak service center then only she can accept the return request
Same thing they were already updated through notification in paytm application
When I click on the notifications it can’t be opened
I’m never seen this type of relevant department taking more than 5 days still in working
When I contact the paytm 24×7 contact team they only told 5 words to me
1 we are sorry
2 our relevant team working
3 you have to wait as soon as possible
4 we can transfer call to our senior
5 we don’t any authorized
Why the paytm not giving such acces
Why the customer wait 5 days
For the resolution from relavant department
In the return policy paytm did not mentioned job sheet needed
Right now why they were asking
As a customer why I wanna go to Kodak service center
Wrong product delivery by the worst seller
Missing product delivery by the worst seller
Booked on worst paytm app
Fake features updated by the worst paytm app
As a customer why I wanna take job sheet
As a customer why Im wait when they call to when they were call or mail to me
We don’t have any work????
Why the team taking to much time
When we using flipkart’ amazon on call were accepting return request
When we are choosing this worst app
Why we have to wait
Why we have to postponed our work
For return requesting approval taking more than 5 days
For courier partner taking another 3 days
Seller for initiated refund taking 7-14days
Again bank also taking 7-14days
Finally taking more than 30 days
By choosing this worst app
Worst relevant department and useless customer support
Not following time
Taking tooooooo much time
Why we wanna sufer
Why we wanna struggle
Why we wanna mentally upset
Only the one reason by choosing paytm only
I’m decided to close this poor and paytm account permantly
Paytm don’t have the responsibility
Wasting customers valuable time
Useless and worst app
I have been cheated by paytm was last modified: May 15th, 2019 by Consumer Court
