My name is M. Karthick and I’m 18 years old. I am from Ooty, Tamilnadu. I booked a mobile phone named Speria k5 notched worth Rs 4,449 at bookmyphone.in on 27 th December 2019 at 8.04 pm through Paytm. After the payment was successful the order was placed on bookmyphone.in website and a few moments later I received message from AD-UPDATE showing that the order is confirmed with order number 1079417612. But after placing the order I noticed that there is no delivery date mentioned and I surfed the net for knowing whether the website bookmyphone.in is legit but it was not so. There were many negative reviews about the website and I shocked to know it. Later when I tried to contact customer care of that bookmyphone.in website I could not reach anybody. I could not contact them through email also. When I tried to contact them on direct voice call truecaller app mentioned the number as LUCKNOW FRAUDS and I am completely collapsed when the call was disconnected without any response. I want my money back and the frauds to be punished. Hope I would get justice as soon as possible as I respect the Indian judicial system to the core. Thank you
