I ordered Almond covered Rabri Elaichi Choclate from Meesho and Valmo courier service. The delivery boys name is piyush.
He gave parcel to my mom and she felt there is nothing in there. She said wait for 2 minutes I’ll check then you go. He said no I’m in hurry I have to go.
Parcel is clearly seen unpacked , tape is not fitted properly on it, no any weight is there of parcel.
My mom checked and opened there is empty box and nothing is there.
I consider this a serious breach of consumer trust and request that the matter be addressed immediately. If I do not receive a resolution within 7 working days, I will be compelled to pursue legal and consumer forum actions.
Kindly treat this complaint as a formal complaint. I expect prompt acknowledgment of this issue and a clear timeline for redressal.
This is such a fraud happen to me and it’s 334 ₹ of parcel. I’m totally disappointed to this.
Now I’m trying to exchange or return it, there is no any option for that. No any help line available to me.
Whom should I contact?
I attached photos, there is written contact in 48 Hours to meesho’s customer service but I don’t know all the options are not available to contact anybody.
I hope you help me in this case for return or exchange in proper condition and I Appreciate and awaiting for your response soon.
