I have been using voda phone network. But from some months they are charging me more n more in every bill even after I have made payments. And recently when I went abroad and activated the 2999 pack for international roaming for 7 days , the pack after showing activated also didn’t work for single day in the abroad, evrytime when I tried to select network for roaming it showed network can’t be registered in this sim. And after lodging complaint also they have charged meh the full amount in the bill plus extra charges. I want to know why I have to pay for the thing which I was not able to use for single day this is really cheating the customer and making money. I want an explanation and curtail of the bill that they have charged meh for roaming which I was not able to use during my whole vacation. In fact I have to take international prepaid sim in abroad and had to face a lot of problemon because vodafone failed the promise. And after lodging complaint also how can they charge meh for what I have not used. Strict actions should be taken against vodafone because they are cheating it’s loyal customers.
