Re: Excess billing : Repeated calls made complaints not registered
This is to inform you that I have spoken to four different executives and told them about my problem. I have been charged wrongly ( I have not used or sent) any international numbers neither from my primary nor from my secondary connections. I have been charged around some four thousand odd rupees for the same.
All the four executives have listened to it like some story without registering a complaint. Today morning executive told me she is registering a complaint and back office will look into the same and also I would receive a call from the supervisor by the end of the day. So her job is over.Right.
Today again in the evening when I spoke to prajapktha she told me there is no complaint registered also no call back.
I was explaining to her and requested to speak with someone senior I was put on hold for ten minutes.( Mind you all these calls are chargeble).
She didn’t respond only. So I am writing this because unless a complaint is registered I can’t appeal to u. Also I ll be forced to pay the amount.
Unfortunately when I requested her to send the bill details to my email id which is registered with you she said the email which I gave( the one on which I still receive all communication from ur end) is not showing up as registered email id. Really funny.
This is being done to corner me into paying the amount for the service which I have not availed.
Last year when I had taken the two secondary numbers with my number I have given all details which was updated in your system and everything was smooth. Now suddenly this outstanding and email id not registered. No complaint registered, executives not giving proper answer and supervisor ignoring very well planned way in cornering customers to cough out extra money. Worst is when u go to gallery the executive s aare so incompetent we waste minimum two hours for simple things. Now I am sure if I visit the gallery my minimum three hours will go with no solution and also forced payment.
Really pathetic service.
Kindly look into the same and revert at the earliest.
I have been charged for messages sent to international numbers which I have not sent. Also on repeated calls to register a complaint for the same they have not registered complaint.Truly harassing and cornering me into paying the amount into was last modified: October 26th, 2020 by Consumer Court
