I have been asking for Rs 30,000 deposit to activate International Roaming 149 Package to get calls and messages for my Vodafone Postpaid numbers ( 9717477731 and 9717077731 ).
Now I am in Japan and not getting important OTPs, etc.
- I have been using these two numbers under Vodafone Postpaid for approx. 10 Years so you can see that I am a Loyal Vodafone customer without any payment delayed.
- I have traveled to Japan for 9 times and every time got the International Roaming Activated without any security deposit.
- I have shifted this number under NEC Technologies CUG Plan in 2017 and again converted to Individual plan in April 2019.
As per my above history, please tell me why this time only I have been asked for ₹ 15000 Deposit.
Instead of depositing ₹ 30,000 deposit for my two numbers (9717477731 and 9717077731), Vodafone has not left any option for me other than to get my numbers ported to any other subscriber.
I request you to consider my case and activate International Roaming on my numbers as I am really under big inconvenience due to this issue. Please help me out
