Text of Complaint by Debarati Dutta Naskar:

I ordered Pampers xxl diaper on 2nd October from flipkart app. 4th of October I got OTP from flipkart app and said product out of delivery. But it didn’t arrive that day. The next notification comes and says that it will be delivered to us on 5th October.But it didn’t come then I complained on flipkart app on 7th of October where is my product? From 9th of October to 14th of October resolution team is calling me everyday and saying request for cancel is being taken within 24 hours you will get notification of product cancel. .And your payment will be transferred to your account।But till today even with the product cancellation request, my product is not canceled and I am not getting my money back. I did not expect this kind of unprofessional behavior from Flipkart.My worst experience is from Flipkart app
