I got paytm postpaid limit ₹4000. July 7th was my due date. And i paid my repayment before due date on 4th july.The total bill was generated was ₹2290. I made a payment in myntra through postpaid on 26th june of ₹1525 after that i cancelled the order. Then myntra sent the cancelled order money of ₹1525 on 3rd july. The rest ₹765 i paid it on next day that is on 4th july. I already paid my bill of ₹2290 but it is showing that ₹1525 is not paid and after that they added convinence fee to it and the bill is now ₹1820 and my postpaid account is blocked. I contact customer care number there is no knowledge to solve my issue. I kindly request to solve this issue and take care about my credit and cibil score as soon as possible.
