Text of Complaint by Sanjana Yadav:

I have already paid my dues for ₹4,057 on 31st May 2022, before my bill got generated. The amount has already been deducted from my account. But when I go to my app, it shows me the due amount of ₹4,647 including the late fees. Also, I am receiving a lot of calls regarding the payment of my dues. They ask me to pay the amount. I have already told them that I have paid it and also have shared my order ID with them. Kindly get the issue resolved for me ASAP.
