I have already paid loan amount of 2000 Rs with 1500 Rs interest ,total 3500 Rs in 2021 but when I go to bank to apply for study loan then bank manager check my cibil report and they tell me thaT 3500 Rs of loan amount from mpocket(JALALCHEMICALS/JALANCHEMICALS) IS Showing active in your status so we can’t give you loan.That time I’m so sad and mail to mpocket about this concern and also call customer support but till now no response from mpocket.
Only 3 days left for admission I don’t have enough money to admission that’ why I go to bank .BM say there is only one solution that loan active status must be completed.
Kindly do the needful.
I’m in depression.
