raise an urgent complaint regarding repeated ECS Return Charges being debited from my account.

I have already cleared all outstanding dues with the concerned lender (GS Finance), and there are no pending overdue amounts. However, ECS-related charges continue to be applied to my account.

I am facing the following issues:

– Repeated ECS Return Charges are being deducted from my account.
– The lender is not responding to my emails or support requests.
– The NOC/Loan Closure Certificate is not available for download from the lender’s application.

This matter is causing financial loss and inconvenience. I request immediate attention and a written response with a complaint reference number.
