I have Airtel Digital TV and not able to connect Internet

Text of Complaint by R SHREEDHARAN:

  • With an heavy heart am writing this mail and Am your mobile customer since I started using my Mobile service probably since 2003 or 2004 till date and I have never used and other service provider
  • I have Digital Box connection and am not able to connect Internet since more than two months
  • Since I have smart TV , am able to watch all programs which require Internet connection
  • I have raised complaint with Reference No.98964046 on 21.12.19
  • I was assigned Service Engineer Mr.Ajay (8341326732) for Resolution.
  • I was contacted on 22.12.19 in the morning, but due some urgent health issues I was not able to respond.
  • However , I contacted Mr.Ajay in the afternoon and he promised to attend the issue by evening 5pm.
  • To my utter shock , I received an sms stating that the Service request no.98964046 for Airtel Digital TV 3024179243 is resolved.
  • Am quite surprised that the request is closed without attending the problem.
  • I have experienced such instances and the service is absolutely pathetic
  • I am planning to change my service provider if the issue is not solved and more-ever every time I have been asked to pay Rs.150 as service charges though its not my fault.
  • Further, most of the time we are not able to see the list of the program as it says Not Available.
  • Kindly give a good reason why I should continue with Airtel.

  • I regret to inform you that , first somebody calls from the service center around 5.32 pm on 25.12.19 and enquires about the problem (I had to explain him for 10 mts) and tells that he will send somebody.
  • Next around 6.02 pm another gentleman calls , again I have to explain him the problem and then he says he will come after 1 1/2 hrs which will be around 8.00 pm.
  • I am not able to understand that when I raised my complaint with regard to Internet facility why he has to ask every-time with regard to the problem .
  • He can check my complaint and come directly and solve it.
  • I think I had enough in giving explanation with regard to my problem.
  • You have to seriously enquire about your service center in Hyderabad and should make available skilled technicians.
  • These guys are not able to understand when I say that I have Digital TV Box
  • So far my problem has not been solved
