I have accepted money by QR code from my paytm but the money got credited to someone account that is the account which I have added as a beneficiary in my SBI online banking and i asked them how did they took automatically without my interference.
They are saying that I have given that details and am 200 percent sure that I have not given that details and am asking for a proof stating that there should be some confirmation message or email or otp whenever am adding the details after adding the details.
They are not responding to my question and blaming me that it was my mistake
