I have paytm postpaid account on 8179710635..due to some medical emergencies I couldnt make the payment of postpaid and later on few charges have been levied on my account so I have requested one of the paytm collection agent(Rahul +918920600559) to remove the charges so he asked me to make the payment of 4500 for my actual outstanding amount of 4000 I have made the payment but still my paytm account is showing outstanding amount of 2500 and now the same agent is not lifting my phone call and kept my call in block list..please help me out
