i have a complaint regarding the company ‘airtel’ they are charging me unnecesserily usage charges .
At the first month i paid my bill and after they said that your payment is due and they again and again tortures me that your payment is pending and keep on charging me every month even though they were not providing me any data service as the connection was already cut but still they are charging me by saying that you are using the data i even sent them emails regarding my payment but there was only one response that my payment is pending and now they are charging me 4500 and i haven’t used their data in between 2nd month because they were not providing any service and their employee use to come to me very often and keep on saying that you have to pay that money this is a mental torture as what i haven’t even used i have to pay for that and for which i have paid thay are not even accepting that even after showing them the reciept and today also that PERSON CAME BY MY HOME AND SAID THAT WE ARE READY TO DEDUCT YOUR 1000 rs AND WILL PROVIDE YOU FREE SERVICE FOR 1 MONTH TO AVOID ANY COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM AND STILL THEY ARE CHARGING ME THE PENDING MONEY i.e, 3500 rs .
please help me regarding this.
