Text of Complaint by Partha Mandal:

I had booked an hotel ( stay@ Mandaram ) that is in Bangalore via Goibibo but after booking the hotel, hotel authorities called and said they have no rooms available. So they will have to cancel the booking. One person from Goibibo called me and said he will rebooking on my behalf a different hotel and I agreed as there was no other option as I reached Bangalore at night and it was raining heavily. I told to book key hotel but I was not aware how many similar hotels are there. He didn’t mentioned me too. As the first hotel that I booked was in Whitefield, so it’s very much obvious that I need hotel in Whitefield but atleast he should say for which place he is booking hotel for me. After that also he was blaming me and disconnected the call saying that he will not refund my amount nor he will book for me the hotel that is there in Whitefield. After that also I called Goibibo team continuously but they are not responding properly. They are giving all worthless informations.
