I have 4 tickets from new Delhi to Bagdogra and vise versa of 21 and 27 December respectively but I have got partial refund and now flipkart is delaying the issue again and again.so kindly help me to get full refund.

Partial refund from flipkart as airline is clearely stated that on 10 February spice Jet has transferred full amount of tickets from Bagdogra to new delhi but flipkart is delaying the issue as they are giving me dates and dates .

So kindly help me
