I had used Flipkart Paylater and purchased electronics in the month of Jan 2022. I have been paying all my EMI’s on time. However, when I recently checked my cibil report, Flipkart has reported that I have not paid my due since February till October 2022. When I checked with the lending partner IDFC Bank, they confirmed that I don’t have any dues pending. I again contacted Flipkart customer care and asked them about the issue on 22-dec, they had asked me to forward my latest cibil report so that the dispute can be removed. Till date I have sent them the cibil report 5 times. Every three days I get a call from them saying we have not recived the cibil report. I ask them to wait on all and check if they received email, they say not received, after 3 days they tell me we are not able to open cibil report. Its so frustrating, because of the error Flipkart had committed, my cibil score has gone down and the credit accounts that I had with other financial Institutions have blocked my account. This is a loss for me because of Flipkart and the customer care is not helping at all instead give me more trouble.
