I had taken a loan from cashbus new and I had paid it yesterday that is 13/02/2023 and I reapplied a loan now the customer representative of CashBusNew are telling me I have to again pay the applied loan and I will get a refund since it was a glitch

I had already paid the loan and I again applied it but the customer representative are telling me that it was a glitch and I need to return the money today itself how is it even possible when I have all the proof that I paid and my due date is 19-02-2023
