I had oredered a Peter England Men Shirt White of Size 40 and once the product was delivered to me I placed a return request and selected return reason as “Wrong Product received.”
I got a reply from Amazon that since I had returned wrong product amazon cannot issue me a refund and they have discarded the product that I have returned. Then I recheck at my end and found that I had by mistake returned Peter England Men Shirt White Size 44 and then I asked amazon to reship the product to me and I am ready to bear the shipping charges since it was a mistake at my end and in case amazon does not reship the product to me I had asked them to refund the amount. But i have not got any response from Amazo.
