I had ordered a product .
Order ID- OD126115224203375000.
The day when I received this product same day I requested for replacement , because I received a different product of same brand .
To resolve this issue i have escalated this matter over social media twitter . One of your Representative from social media called me and raised a request for a replacement. Today delivery boy denied to replace this product stating- product is dusty .
So I contacted delivery head of my city (Bettiah) pin code – 845438 his name is Pradeep pandey (9471265068).
He rudely denied to replace the product .
Could you arrange a call back . And replace my product or return my money.
