Text of Complaint by Bharti Kumari:

FLIPKART Order ID – OD429359736079774100: I have paid two times for this order. One by netbanking during giving orders and again when the product come for delivery (The delivery guy told that in his system its showing cash on delivery ) .So we paid again cash but informed flipkart regarding this. Flipkart asked us to pay cash and then they will return back. Flipkart send mail also asking my Bank details to return the money but till now no money come back to my account and no resolution.
