I had ordered food from Zomato on 30th September 2019 and order was rejected by Zometo but after 9 days still didn’t get refund amount and Zomato end is not assisting properly with customers

  • Respect Team,

I am hrishabh shah ordered food from Zomato  with order no 1746485636 on 30th September 2019 and that  order was rejected by Zomato but after 9 days still did not get refund  amount as I am in urgent require of fund as I had  filed a complaint in Zomato chat but they are not assisting as a customer service they are treating as its our fault that order is rejected so please  make confirm that refund amount will credit shortly as I have to  file a complaint in consumer forum.
