The order was placed for 1499 rupees. And what I received was a really cheap saree with worst packaging. Since i had chosen cash on delivery option, the delivery person demanded that the cash was handed over first before issuing the product. The website initially said the product was eligible for 1 days refund and now If I try to avail the refund, it says the profile I had initially created does not exist.
