Respected Sir /Madam,
I had ordered a Wizpad P15 Full HD Display 9.5 inch 6GB RAM 64GB ROM (Black) (One No)+ Voice Calling,Through Bookmytab on 21 July 2020.
On Wednesday 5/8/20, at 6.00 P.m I have received defective and different product it’s not working at all I have received SKU-138 Tab which is not working. I have ordered tab for Online Classes but like this product quality got so I’m very disappointed. I is not working i am trying to start but no sim slot available for this tab as well as WiFi not connected, to this product so we are not able to use this product for my child online classes , some crashes is on this product. I Wants to return this product and please refund the money. There is no contact no, email is also not working, no customer care number. website- www.bookmytab.com; I am received this product so late that time only order no. message received from they after that no any contact , messages received from bookmytab website. I had seen review is good on website , and see this site is secured so i had give the order. I had send many mails , but every mail are bounced. i am contacting on telegram but same messages received from them .
