I placed an order whose payment was done in advance through online transaction . the delivery mans number was not shown in the order summary so we could not contact him. He tried calling us but due to some network issue he couldn’t do it . hence he went back and no other options were looked upon to contact us or to tell us that hes here and we were not given our food and the money was also not returned . i want you to process my refund as soon as possible.
