Sub : Return request due to different model given by you
I had order Acer laptop of 6th gen. and you had delivered me aver laptop of 7th generation. So I had given five return request of my laptop and all are cancelled after getting approved and verified by your customer care.
So once again I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible.
From last one week you are harassing me so much and not return my money because of your mistake I am suffering a lot
