In the month of October due extreme financial issues I had requested byjus customer care to cancel my course. So they told that they will cancel my biology classes and you no need to pay three month of emi. And they gave me a proof of 3 month emi waveoff. After two months they deducted the money from my accounts without any permission. And they are saying that there is no emi wave off and all. Now they are torturing me to pay remaining emis. I am in extreme trouble please help
