Hi Sir, This is (Naveen Kumar Navuri) had purchased a smartwatch belonging to the Fire-boltt company from Flipkart on 22nd March 2022. In a short time, the smartwatch stopped working and I had raised a query for a replacement, but they are responding I had to wait for 1 month for a replacement but have not been done yet. Please provide a solution for me.
